the rooms were neat with a bathroom, greatly enjoyed it. coffee and telly were great. the location was central, near to centre of town, princes street, and the castle, places to eat, and prince's street. furthermore, close to many restaurants.

We really enjoyed this hotel and will be back. Spent 2 nights here with our family, had a lovely stay overall. Modern and compact rooms and coffee, a telly, and a hair dryer included. The bed was very comfy, and the staff were amiable and helpful. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, you can visit Gardner's Crescent by walking.
